    This Taco Bell is always good, but tonight was extra good. In a world where you never know if you’re food is going to be half-assed made or not, it’s nice to get exactly what you ordered, and how you ordered it!

    Jim was great kind and amazing but the woman with the nasally voice was beyond condescending, I understand your computers aren't working but when you actively ignore multiple people trying to order after telling them the drive thru ain't working and then give attitude upon being informed the people you are ignoring are trying to order we have a problem. Won't be returning.

    Ordered food through the app then went to the drive-thru and the worker said he had two orders. He advised to cancel the order on the app but they had already accepted both orders and it would now not allow me to cancel. I proceeded to ask at window how I could get a refund for the duplicate order and they said they "don't know anything about the app" and shut the drive-thru window in. I had to knock on the drive-thru window and advise if you don't know how to get my money back then can I at least get the duplicate order. Don't go here and don't use app.

    I went through the drive thru hoping to get my food quickly but ended up waiting 10 minutes just from the time they took my order to giving it to me. They didn’t get my order right after waiting that 10 minutes. I’ve been to this Taco Bell a ton but this was the worst experience I’ve had there. While I was at the wi Dow waiting for my food she kept forgetting I was there and kept forgetting which order was mine. Just extremely disappointed with the service I got today.
