The staff is incredibly hit or miss, some are nice and seem glad to be at work, but a few really seem to hate everything and it reflects in their customer interactions. I used to go nearly every morning and now only go maybe once every few weeks. I think this morning was finally it for me. I always get 2 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps, sometimes coffee, sometimes munchkins, but always the wraps. This morning the bacon and egg were cooked but the wrap and the cheese were still cold and clearly hadn’t been toasted. How the heck does that even happen? Gross

She tells me there no manager there to give refund . So exactly what I do if I can’t get what I paid for . And than she proceed to say this has nothing to do with me !!!!! What !!! How it doesn’t !!!!!
