This time was worse, the small hamburger was cold and I’m serious, what happened to the warming lights? It was cool to the touch, the fries exactly the same? Was this done on purpose since both were cool? I know even if sitting and cooked earlier there are warming trays. What happened here and why would the food be cool like it had been sitting outside since this was a cool day? I would really like answers. This was my dinner. Living on a fixed income I don’t eat out often. The staff was nice but also seemed in a hurry and I was the only person at the drive through. I threw the meal away because I simply couldn’t eat it cold. Do better, would they themselves eat cold food served to them? I’m complaining because I just think people can be kinder and more thoughtful, these young people don’t care unless it happens to them. Sounds like the times we are living in doesn't it.The management has to do better and I know about trying to find good employees since I’ve owned businesses. If they won’t do the job correctly, let them go. Maybe next job they’ll do better!
