It came topped with arrabbiata sauce, mozzarella, cup-and-char pepperoni, spicy sausage, jalapeños, and banana peppers. We also ordered a round of wings half lemon pepper, half mango habanero. The wings were oven-baked, which gave them a great texture crispy on the outside while staying tender inside. The lemon pepper flavor, though, was a bit heavy on the salt, which overpowered the rest of the wing. The mango habanero, on the other hand, was fantastic just the right amount of heat with a flavor that didn’t try to scorch your taste buds like Buffalo Wild Wings tends to do. You could actually enjoy the seasoning. As for the pizza, it was decent but not quite memorable. I’m a sauce person, and I could barely taste the arrabbiata. The crust, however, was nicely cooked not burnt around the edges like you often find at wood-fired places. The restaurant itself had a comfortable sports-bar vibe, and our waitress was excellent attentive and friendly. The place was clean too, bathrooms included, which is always a plus. Overall, I’d come back to try some of their other specialty pizzas since the menu has some interesting combinations, but if I were ordering takeout at home, this probably wouldn’t be my first choice.
