No matter what time of day it is, what you order, or who’s in line….theyre always gunna have you pull up or park off to the side and wait. The food is always sub par and never hot. The employees have no smiles, no manners, and no care. 3.3 stars out of 5 is a 66%. That’s a failing grade. This business has failed the citizens of Germantown. This isn’t north Memphis, this is an affluent city where people have manners and standards and this location doesn’t meet the needs of the people.

Sat there and kept telling her I have a receipt for it and it's this location. For whatever reason , she kept saying she couldn't find it. I hear a guy in the background , saying it here it is , right here. So all of a sudden she said ok pull around. Rudely. Then I had to pull up after the window because the food wasn't ready which is fine. But I really had nowhere to pull because somebody else was pulled up in front of me waiting for their food. So it was a cluster at the window with all the cars pulled out waiting for food. Rude & just incompetent service. Didn't get a straw for my drink. Got back to work... sandwich wasn't made correctly per my customizations online. Fries were all limp and gross. Took far too long on top of that. Waste of time & money. I do NOT recommend Germantown location. Not my 1st negative experience here either.
