The Parmesan Garlic Bagel was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful. I would have liked the option to add to my bagel things like sliced tomato, sliced onion or whatever…. Definitely take-out place. Only limited outdoor seating that is nice when weather permits. I had to eat in my car. Again, the bagel was hot, fresh and delicious as was the coffee. I’ll be back.

I'm so tired of this whole "order from the kiosk" trend. Turned around and walked out. Another reviewer mentioned this as well and the owner's response was something along the lines of "I'm ok with that". How unfortunate. I didn't rate the food as I didn't try it.

Benjis bagels has been my go-to recommendation for bagels in the Nashville area. I was not impressed coming in today. I do understand it’s Christmas Eve but I waited in line for 25 minutes just for them to be sold out of bagels with no communication to their customer customers. I understand the business is growing and you guys now have a second location, but this was unacceptable. I will not be coming back. Also they said they were sold out of bagels, but continue to do online orders, which definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

Worst everything bagel ever. The bagel is overwhelmingly salty- even for an everything bagel. For $6 it is a generous size and had a generous amount of what appeared to be cream cheese but was an off-tasting white milky spread. The poppy seeds, sesame seeds, etc., were toasted to a burn so ended up scraping the top off. There is no service here except to be handed off your bagel when they call out your name. There is no price list or a menu - you're left wondering what to do when you open the door. It took me a few minutes to realize I would have to place my order on the kiosk but with customers blocking the way I didn't realize there was a kiosk. You have to push yourself through the waiting customers reach a kiosk. Once you figure that out, you wait until someone calls your name. Instead of a friendly atmosphere it seemed chaotic and too much work. I've had authentic Rolled bagels and this ain't it. Also, they do not accept cash which I am pretty sure is against TN law and violates the Consumer Protection Act and doesn't make good business sense to turn away customers.

First of all, when we walked in, my friend immediately noticed a disgusting smell, maybe cheese like another review stated. They said it was so strong they could barely stand to be in there. It wasn’t overbearing to me, mostly just a burnt smell. Secondly, the inside feels like it was designed by AI and you can only order by kiosk which makes the place feel very disingenuous and uninviting. The layout was very awkward because the service counter where orders were assembled was accessible by customers who were packed inside waiting for their food. Thirdly, the service felt very inefficient. Because of the lack of a cashier, customers were asking the employees giving out orders tons of questions. Particularly, when our order was bagged up, the employee was distracted and never called out our order and we waited much longer than we should have while other orders kept getting called. In hindsight, I should have gone up and asked if the bag was ours, but they were so busy I was trying to be patient. The food itself was mediocre. The bagel was very chewy, though it was pretty. The egg and sausage were very thin and looked premade which is fine. The prices were pretty standard for Cool Springs. Additionally, there is no indoor seating, only a few outdoor tables, so don’t come here to get a little bite with a friend in the winter. Also, I overheard another customer ask if the bagels were dairy-free, and an employee warned that the bagels had an egg wash. Eggs are not dairy and it’s sort of concerning someone working in food service does not know this. Another employee stated anything without cheese should be dairy free. All this to say, the restaurant does not feel genuine. It feels like a manufactured, marketing scheme that jumps on trendy ideas and cheap implementation. I’m disappointed, but I can’t say I’m surprised considering the location.
