    This McDonald’s is by far the worst one in the area. I went during breakfast and ordered Hotcakes. When I politely asked for an extra syrup packet at the window, I was told it would cost 50 cents. The Spring Hill location has never charged me for an extra syrup packet, so I asked for clarification. Instead of answering my question, the employee refused to respond. When I asked to speak with a manager, he shut the window on me and ignored the request. At that point, I just left rather than having to go inside and search for a manager myself. Very unprofessional experience, and I’m leaving this review because the situation was handled poorly from start to finish.

    Waited 15 minutes for cold food. Nothing special just a sausage mcmuffin with egg and hash browns. Not that busy, yuck!

    I ordered a chicken deluxe meal. The sandwich was the worst sandwich I have ever tried to eat, anywhere. I took a bite and it was so tough I couldn’t bite through it. I took the meal back to the counter and told them the sandwich was awful. I was so pissed I did not even ask for another or a refund. Just walked out. Alan B.
