We ordered mostly off the monopoly menu to earn our prizes and rewards… when he brought the food back we had all our stickers EXCEPT the ones on our LARGE iced coffees. I am a waitress and have been in the industry for 20 years as a BOH/FOH employee. I don’t and won’t understand why employees are stealing stuff from their customers. The monopoly stickers should have been on the cups or sent by a digital peel or something. We paid extra for our coffees just to increase our chances of winning and for what? It clearly states that large drinks are part of the monopoly menu. So why is it that we were given old McCafé cups and no chance at our monopoly prizes? that’s crazy. So, either someone switched the cups for the old cups or yall just don’t care about your customers and making sure they get what they pay for & keeping them happy. I’m telling all my friends and family to stay away from this McDonald’s because it’s clear your scamming your customers to benefit yourselves.
- MBMikayla BurnettOct 22, 20251.0The staff at the store is absolutely disgusting, I was picking up a DoorDash order from them 10/22/25 around 9:30 and unfortunately there was a bad car cash right outside on the highway and according to one of the workers that had came it and told the others that unfortunately one of the drivers didn’t make it and other employees went on to make jokes about it and then on top of that there were 2 other employees that were coughing with mouths uncovered, in front of customers and over food. I think that everyone of them should be let go for the disgusting way they were acting completely unacceptable
