  Not upset about the time it took to receive the food but the lady behind the counter was extremely rude to customers and her co-workers. Every issue including my own she’d roll her eyes as if her job is so hard if she had gotten it right the first time. But be careful if you told them they did it wrong they will take it and give you much less of anything else that was on the sandwich and I don’t each much anymore so it’s sad I have to leave a bad review

  Listen, I just came thru the drive thru and ordered a McCrispy chicken sandwich. Well either your employees need serious re training on food timers or your fryers timers are flat out broken. My bread was burnt and not edible and the chicken was dry and very sad looking. I wouldn't order there late night, you need a serious overhaul on your night shift at the very least

  Can’t rate food as we waited almost an hour and twenty minutes and never received our order. The attendant said our order never dropped but would be with us in a second. Then he ignored us for the remainder of the time we waited before leaving and going elsewhere.

  . Took me 17 min to get my food from the time I pulled in. Took 3 orders in the other lane before me. Never got any acknowledgment that I was at the soeaker. So I pulled forward. Met with hostility from window girl. Because I needed to tell them through a speaker that it was a mobile order. Pulled back to the speaker then the line was ridiculously slow. Had a fry as I was waiting to pull out. Cold. Went inside to ask for hot fries only to be told by the woman at the counter that my fries were hot. I said feel them. She look in my face and lied saying they were hot. They weren’t even warm. Hugged off and got me some warm fries. Filet o fish was hard as a rock and looked like it had been sitting under a lamp for hours. I get occasional issues but 2 encounter with drivers through, 2 encounters with employees attitudes and 2 food items that were horrid.

  The food was not bad at all. It was actually really good. But the service was unreal. We sat in the drive-thru without moving for over 10 minutes. I had already placed my order online, but I watched multiple cars drive away. I sent my son inside to get our items. The associates inside were refusing to answer the drive-thru and it took a long time before my son returned with our order. I try to give people benefit of the doubt, so maybe corporate needs to add a few more associates to the store and increase their pay.
