    5 star review! Food was delicious, staff was very polite and courteous of us having a baby with us. They even made sure to not add the crumblies to the Mac and cheese for her. We will be back and dream of the fries and malt vinegar until then.

    My stepdaughter sent me an $50 e-gift certificate to Long John Silvers for my birthday. When I tried to use it to pay for a two piece fish meal, they would not accept it , said they had never seen one before, and they didn’t know how to redeem it. The manager, Mr. Cartwright, came out and said he didn’t know how to redeem it either, he comped me the meal, and said he would call the office next week and find out how to redeem it. The following week I stopped at the store just after opening and saw Mr. Cartwright again. He was very nice and said he would call the office and find out how to redeem it. He took my name and phone number and said he would contact me when he learned how to process it. That night he texted me that he had called the office and did not get a response but left a message for them to call him as soon as possible. He said he would contact me when he got an answer. After not hearing anything for a week, I stopped in the store again, saw Mr. Cartwright again, and he said he had been out of work a few days, but that he would contact the office again and he would contact me when he got an answer. I have not received any communication in a week. Every time I contacted Mr. Cartwright he was very pleasant and wanted to resolve this issue. Apparently corporate Long John Silvers sells gift certificates, does not train or instruct store employees how to redeem them, and will not respond when store employees call them to resolve the problem. I won’t be getting any more gift certificates to Long John Silvers.

    One of the only ones around... So we can't knock it too bad. The people could be a little more friendly and better service.... But hey.... LJS isn't all over anymore.
