  I don’t understand the negative reviews for this Outback Steakhouse location—my experience couldn’t have been more different, and it was absolutely outstanding! My mom and I stopped in to celebrate her birthday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. We both ordered the Smoked Cinnamon Pecan Old Fashioned, and wow—it was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced sweetness, smoke, and just the right kick of bourbon. Easily a 10/10 drink. I went with the 6oz filet mignon cooked medium-rare with mashed potatoes, and it was flawless—tender, juicy, and seasoned exactly right. Medium-rare truly is the only way to enjoy a great steak, and they nailed it. Even though it was a packed Friday night and the place was loud and bustling, the energy felt fun rather than overwhelming. Our server was an absolute rockstar (I wish I’d caught his name!). You could tell he’d been slammed all evening, but he never let it show—attentive, friendly, and on point the entire time. He earned every bit of the generous tip I left. This was my first visit to Chattanooga, and while I may not be back anytime soon, this Outback is now bookmarked as a must-return spot. Highly recommend—5 stars without hesitation!

  Came for Veterans Day recognition, outstanding service from the hostess, to our server, steak and potato exactly as I asked. Great visit and meal, thank you Outback.

  We haven't been to an outback in over a decade because there simply wasn't one convenient to go to. We visited this location in cleavland tn because it's close to our new home and we're glad we did! The resturant was busy on a Saturday, so we expected a wait. We grabbed a seat at the bar to grab a drink while we waited. Both their wallaby darned and martini were good and came out quickly. We waited about 15 minutes for our table and were seated. Our order was taken quickly and bread was brought out in a timely manner. A second wallaby darned was brought out, but this one was not blended enough so the ice kept jamming the straw, not a big deal, ditched the straw and drank from the cup. We both ordered filet with various sides, but both also ordered salads. The steaks arrived with our sides, but no salads. We mentioned it and we're given the option to still get the salad or have them removed from the bill. We opted for still getting them, this wasn't a big deal and told them that. The manager stopped by and apologized and we again said it wasn't a problem, but they still adjusted our bill. Much appreciated but wasn't necessary. The steak was spot on, mine medium and my wife medium well, and the garlic butter was just right. We eat at texas roadhouse mostly, again because it was close to our previous home, but i was surprised that I enjoyed this much more the texas roadhouse filet. We tried Logans steakhouse in cleavland with family at their claims of how good the steak was. We won't be returning to Logans for steak again. I still enjoy texas roadhouse and will stop when it's convenient, but I'm certainly glad outback is closer to us then before!

  Kaleb was fantastic! It was quite crowded for Veterans day and was so patient and wonderful! My husband and I are both Veterans, so having Kaleb as our server made our day very special! We will be back next year!

  We go to Outback probably once a month. Usually on a Friday my husband and I leave work early and sit at the bar so we can have Carol make us a smoked old fashioned. We absolutely adore her. She has the best sense of humor and the best old fashions!!! My husband and I Usually split a steak with a loaded baked potato and add an extra side salad. The steaks are always cook to perfection. The bread is always served fresh and warm. We enjoy our occasional Fridays at Outback Steakhouse!
