  I love the Alice Springs chicken and it's usually delicious. Today I ordered it carryout and I was highly disappointed. It was the toughest piece of chicken I believe I've ever had. It was more like jerky than chicken breast. I'm not sure what happened in the kitchen because in the past I've never gotten a bad piece of chicken.

  Visited on 12-31-25. We put our name down at 6:14 pm and were told the wait would be 30–40 minutes, but we weren’t seated until 7:28 pm. We were placed near the kitchen, which was extremely chaotic and loud. We ordered our food and appetizer at the same time. About 30 minutes later, we finally received our appetizer. During that time, the yelling in the kitchen escalated, and we overheard what sounded like a manager yelling that the kitchen was closed and to comp everyone and lock the doors. Shortly after, another manager came to our table and told us we would not be getting our food. By then it was 8:25 pm. After over two hours, we left with no meal and very disappointed. I understand things happen, but the situation was handled very poorly by management.

  Outback is a piece of crap! We set for almost an hour and a half waiting on a table when tables were open. My husband went in at an hour wait to see how much longer. They said they were told to wait 35 more minutes before seating anyone else. Mind you, this is my birthday and we had three kids who were hungry also. The reason we didn’t just go somewhere else was because we only had a gift card for there and no money really to eat somewhere else. I called and asked how much longer it was gonna be, they then tell us they shut the kitchen down without telling anyone they were shutting it down. I was like were yall just not gonna tell the people you all had waiting to be seated???!!! How unprofessional and crappy that is to treat your customers that way. At least send a text saying you were no longer letting people be seated. I don’t feel you should have even told us to wait if you were just not gonna sit us to begin with. Wasting our time especially on my birthday! Y’all are an awful place of business, and do not think about your customers first. Y’all were probably too busy worried about clocking out then taking care of the customers who waited an hour and 18 minutes to eat at your pathetic restaurant! Y’all don’t even deserve our business after the way you treated us! We would have went somewhere else if we didn’t have the gift card for there. It was so late after waiting on y’all to seat us, that we couldn’t get seated to eat anywhere else because it was close to them closing. You ruined my birthday dinner with my family! We ended up having to eat Taco Bell because that was about the only place open at that time besides other fast food places. I will never ever recommend eating at your restaurant to anyone! I will be sharing our story to everyone I know plus the BBB. If a manager wants to reach out and make it right then I’ll gladly have a discussion with one. If not, then that just shows even more how awful your establishment is.

  My wife and I eat here pretty regular. She likes the salads here better than at longhorn. We always make sure to order our steaks rare that way we can get them medium-rare. For some reason they just can't the mark seem to hit the mark. But that does seem to be the new standard in just about any steak restaurant. Service is always pretty good. And the management will take care of you if there is a major problem with your meal.

  My first time eating here December 28th. I ordered the bbq grilled chicken family of 4 bundle. It was amazing! We actually made a total of 6 meals out of it. Loved everything we got! The guy that took the order was so nice and knew what to do. He was also the one who brought the order to the car. Still so nice and made sure everything was correct. I wished I had gotten his name, hopefully they'll know by the date in this review who it was. Thank you for great service! Great first experience!
