  Everyday I get an iced coffee for myself and a co worker. Ive been going to the 25th st location because they make them right. Everytime the younger managers( curley hair,glasses) work in the morning on north lee, they never make them right,ie no flavoring in the coffee, melted ice, barely any creamer. The nice older manager working the drive thru may be overwhelmed every morning because shes running the drive thru and lobby, but at least she makes the drinks right. To Hank Smith.... just because the iced coffees are on sale doesn't mean they have to taste crappy.

  Restaurants are only as good as the people making it happen. Then, chain restaurants specifically are supposed to be the same at every place and that's rarely the case. I'm writing this because a manager here named Joe has shown professionalism and customer service that separates this Mcdonald's from others and other restaurants in general. Joe cares about his product and making customers happy. Repeat business is absolutely crucial, and I have no doubt Joe is helping make this happen for this location. No, I do not know him, haha. I think he deserves some recognition, and wish there were more like him.

  The food was not fully cooked. Called the general manager (Sonya) who was the most disrespectful employee ever. Unsure how she got the position but if a customer is telling you something about your food - you need to listen and not pop off at the mouth. Called the corporate office on her and waiting for a return call. Never had a problem until the day she was at that window. Crazy Pants!

  It seems like they are trying to get out of the fast food service and move into the table service more but they use the same food and same staff and neither is very good. It's like when you go to that one family members house that looks like they're fun and inviting and they invite you over but you notice something isn't right bc the smile doesn't reach they're eyes. So you decide to go anyways and you have that feeling in the pit of your stomach so you want to eat and leave with a quickness but somehow you get f

  Me and my wife went through and got 2 Oreo mcflurries today. For starters I used to work at McDonald's it looked I got 1/4 of the normal amount and my wife got 1/8 of the normal amount of Oreos and then it wasn't even mixed up If I wanted sof service in a cup I would have ordered that and for how much more an mcflurry is I expect it to have the appropriate amount of Oreos and to be properly mixed up
