Not terrible, but nothing special either. We bought 3 pizzas. 2 were run-of-the-mill pizzas that turned out to be what you could expect at pretty much any pizza place. One was their gluten-free cauliflower crust which we were eager to try. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. It’s a GF thin crust, which is fine, but it wasn’t very crispy and felt undercooked. The toppings and ingredients were good quality, but the pizza as a whole was underwhelming. In the end, it’s a pretty standard pizza restaurant that's only differentiator from the others is it's gluten-free option, which sadly isn’t good enough to elevate it above the rest of the crowd.
