    I just want the workers on night shift to know one thing. Everytime i come in between 3am-3:30 am and you are still getting lunch/dinner orders from the delivery apps, you turn me away or tell me you can't make it. Every Time you do that, you're literally taking food out of my childs mouth. For some of us, this is the only time we can work. Every delivery on night shift counts because there isn't many to go around. It costs gas to get there, then i gotta cancel the order which counts against my ratings on the uber app which in turn gives me worse orders, and it snowballs into me making less money, the customer not getting their food, mcdonalds losing out on money from the order....its to the point that i'm just going to start skipping over McDonalds all together when im delivering from 2am-5am because everytime i accept one, i end up getting turned away....Sometimes the tips are really big and i could really use the boost, especially on weekdays when its very slow.....but i get "we cant make that" knowing the food is right back there in the freezer, nothing takes more than 4 or 5 minutes to cook except grilled chicken which they dont have anymore.....it just sucks because it's probably a couple hundred dollars worth of orders every month i miss out on due to this going on. Its just laziness, and its pathetic. Do better mcdonalds.

    Merry Christmas to the harder working crew. The only McDonald's open & ya'll just left me speechless. Ya'll hard exceptional customer service and expedited our order with unmatched proficiency. Thanks and I hope that every employee gets a bonus. I'm truly impressed!

    Went to this McDonald’s on Christmas Day around 12 PM, and the experience was terrible. The lady working the drive-thru is hurting y’all’s business, extremely rude and unprofessional. She literally started yelling at me that my card was declined. I calmly asked if she was done yelling, as all I had to do was simply forgot to unlock my card. This is the second time I’ve experienced poor customer service at this location. It’s clear that staff here could really benefit from a refresher on proper customer service.

    I’ve been a customer at this McDonald’s since 2012, primarily because it’s the closest location to my home. Over the past 13 years, both food quality and, more notably, customer service have steadily declined. This morning was the final straw. I ordered an Egg McMuffin with cheese and found a black hair, approximately an inch long, in my sandwich. That is unacceptable and should never happen. Food quality has been inconsistent for years—generally mediocre, especially the fries and hash browns—but the larger issue has always been customer service. Over at least the last six to seven years, basic courtesy has been absent: no greeting, no “thank you,” and no acknowledgment beyond completing the transaction. This visit reflected that pattern. My order was taken curtly, payment was handled without a word, and the food was handed through the window and the window closed without any interaction. This is not an isolated incident. I have raised customer service concerns with management twice before, and the experience has continued to worsen. This location appears to exist solely due to convenience, not quality or service. The hair in my food was the final straw in a long-standing pattern of poor performance.

    Whoever was working the drive through today was terribly rude, and impatient. It was around 1:00pm and it is wasn't busy but she kept rushing us. Cut me off mid sentence with "is that it, IS THAT IT?" . If I paused she would she would repeat it again. She just would not let me speak without interrupting. At the window she only had the window open about an inch when she gave me the total. No thank you or have a nice day. The food looked sad too. What a shame.
