- HCHannah ColeOct 24, 20251.0this place is a literal nightmare. once the sun goes down the employees lose all common sense or something. they only do 2 cars at a time from the speaker all the way to the second window then do the next two. it is the most ridiculous system ive ever seen & its every single night. ppl are backed up into the highway because they dont know how to complete orders in a rush with their timer going. it just took me 40 minutes to get to the speaker & i was the 4th car in line. now it has been another entire 10 minutes since i gave them my code & i havent even made it to the first window yet. i never leave reviews but this has me so baffled daily for the last year. they need a whole new staff, management SOMETHING but they need change quickly

Instead of taking our orders they have you sit at the speaker so it doesn’t start the “drive thru timer” that ranks their store’s efficiency. 14 minutes now and I’ve finally made it to the first window……. 17 minutes to get my order if one quarter pounder. Worthless service.
