One of the worst mcdonalds in our area. Will continuously get orders wrong and charge you for the missing or wrong items. The staff is unprofessional and un able to do their jobs no matter what time of the day or day of the week.

Ordered a large orange juice with my meal and they just took a small and added water til it filled a large cup. Don't have time to go back and go inside or wait through the long line again. This location is pathetic always messes my stuff up no clue why I came back again today won't be making that mistake ever again.

I have been to this McDonald's 4 weeks in a row. Today is November 11th 2025. The time is 9:27 a.m. I went there and ordered the usual large decaf coffee. Five creams. My coffee did not taste like nor did it look like a coffee with five creams. It looked almost dark so hardly any cream went in it. On top of that, my decaf coffee was cold. On top of that my hash brown that I get was also as if it's swam in a basket of grease and it too was cold. It's been that way. The last four times. I called the McDonald's and talked to a manager. Not sure which one as she never gave me her name but that being said the only way she would give me anything is to show proof that I bought anything there which I told her that she had two women there and describe them to a t that wasn't good enough. So my guess is I told her I'm just going to leave a bad review and I'll not be there again. I will go somewhere else and order my coffee McDonald's you're really starting to stink and you getting on my nerves and I've only been here a couple weeks just moved to the area. You will not get my business again because you didn't want to give me a free coffee and hash brown. Oh, let's not to mention that the Monopoly that you still advertise for the past 4 weeks. I have not received any of the Monopoly games either. Which one of the reasons why I purchased the large coffee and the hash brown. If this is the way you run business around here well you'll not get mine and the only fat that I gave you one star is because I had to not because I wanted to. Otherwise you wouldn't get it from me. Bristol needs to understand something. There's a new sheriff in town and if you do badly to me or my friends or my family I will post about it. If you do great I will post about that. Too bad business is bad business. Believe me people pay attention to reviews. I sure do shawty service all around the past 4 weeks and I'm new here. Can't imagine what a year would be. With this review I'm giving two pictures. That's the proof that I have since they didn't give me receipts in any of the four visits. I've been there most of the time. They don't give it to you.
