- CECahli Eplett1 day ago1.0Everytime we have stopped here for a quick drink or quick lunch it easily turns into 30-40 minutes of waiting. They are either severely understaffed or so disorganized that their wait times are ridiculous. On three separate times they have forgotten our order and left us waiting. (Twice in drive thru- where they tell you to pull up and you wait and continue to see other cars whiz by… finally one time someone came out and asked what we were waiting for- they realized the order got lost. It was just a happy meal. Second time happened when I waited 10 minutes for a snack wrap and I finally had to just leave and I called them explaining the issue) The third time was when we had about 6 people and we all went in to eat- they lost our order and didn’t realize it until 35 minutes later and then tried to charge at .65 cents for the sweet and sour sauce they forgot in the bag for the chicken nuggets. Absolutely crap organization skills there.

They completely forgot about my order and after 10 mins I had to go inside. Then the next time I come the drinks come out no ice and no carbonation and am told to go park as it’ll be about 10 minutes for a mcchicken. Ownership needs to get involved and fix the issues with this store it disappoints every time I go. I won’t be back there’s other restaurants in this town I can support.

The staff are lovely but this location is horribly understaffed and as such, wait times are incredibly long. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes tonight to pick up an online order placed well in advance and this isn’t a unique experience- you need to budget a significant amount of time if you’re getting food at this location because it ain’t fast.
