The pharmacist was able to do a phone consultation with us and 2 hours later I was there picking up the prescription. So very helpful compared to Shoppers Drug Mart whom I phoned prior and said they were too busy to help me and to phone London Drugs.

If you are a parent, you know baby Tylenol has been running out of stock everywhere and it’s very hard to get a bottle. I saw on their website that this location has it in stock so my husband ran out hoping to get one bottle before it closes for the day. When he got there, the pharmacist told my husband that they didn’t have any, he led my husband to check on the shelves (which of course, was empty). And when my husband showed him that their website indicated that they have it in stock, he still didn’t want to check behind their counter and repeatedly said they didn’t have any, and said the website sometimes is wrong. The very next morning I ordered one bottle on their website for an in store pick up, and the medicine was ready to pick up within an hour!!!! I realized that the pharmacist was clearly lying about not having the medicine and for some reason hoarding them!!! It’s very upsetting and concerning to know that a pharmacist would do this instead of helping patients, especially in this case it is about a very young baby!!!
