    Employee behind the pharmacy counter was a bit rude when she didn't bother to look at info I placed on the counter re:coverage for my prescription. This same employee has been short and on the rude side for many years

    In general, I enjoy shopping here. The staff is pleasant and helpful. However, the pharmacy is a different story. I thought an education was required??? Firgetting to order someone's medication(which is life threatening if not taken as prescribed) 7 times!!!! Sadly, this location is the only one sponsored to handle the medication...now I will have to see about getting it delivered from saskatoon as I cannot rely on Regina's location. 3 times, due to medication being delayed...a hospital stay has occurred:( I wish they realized that this is someone's life they are playing with 😥

    The staff are very friendly but the time it takes to fill a prescription is awful. I've had as much as 5 hours from a fax getting to them and it's still not filled. That's been every time I have a prescription sent to them. It's faster to just take the prescription in. I just don't often have that ability. It's getting to the point that I may change pharmacies.
