We were asked if we’d be willing to wait 5 minutes for our food to which we agreed. The worker asked us to drive thru and wait in the reserved section. 10 minutes later a worker comes out to tell us it will just be 5 more minutes. 5 minutes turned into 15, and after 25 minutes of waiting, our food was brought out. A bit ridiculous of a wait for a wrap, sandwich and two orders of fries.

Said pull up and slammed the window... I have no issues with waiting but theres no need to be ignorant about it. Slamming the window it actually bounce back she slammed it so hard. I would have just asked for a refund but she wouldn't come back to the window. Worst service in town highly recommend the dq across the street!!
