It seems like sometimes you find a young employee that cares but the sad fact is most do not. If a employee is not busy he or she should start to clean and great the customers and not stand around talking on their phones and paying no attention to the customers who pay their wages. In most fast food places the employees never wear gloves or hair nets that is very disgusting. It seems like people do not take pride in their work anymore and they do not even care. Remember that customer service is a huge part of your job and is many times the most important part plus cleaness is also a must.
