I was helped by someone and then the GM came over and asked if I had been helped. I watched the GM interact with her team and her team interact with her as they righted my order. I will take late pizza again anytime knowing the respect, the courtesy and the attitude that the GM was showing to her team. How a leader treats their employees means way more to me than the 30+ minutes I waited for my food tonight!
