  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..I ONLY WANTED CHANGE FOR A 20.00 BILL. BETTY WENT INTO A WHOLE TIRADE OF I DONT KNOW IF I GOT IT..IM JUST GETTING HERE.BUTT YOU TALKING TO YOUR FRIEND ON SPEAKER PHONE IN THE CORNER AND CONTINUED THE CONVERSATION. THEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL YOUR CUSTOMER. 'IMMA DO THIS EVENTHO I DONT WANNA DO THIS BUT IMMA DO THIS THIS ONE TIME' WHO DOES THAT??!!! BRUSH UP.ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BETTY AND BE WORKING WHEN YOU HIT THE CLOCK BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER YOU WILL ENCOUNTER!!!!

  I visited the Enmark station at 775 Bells Highway in Walterboro S.C. at approximately 10:30am Sunday morning on 1/26/20. When I walked in, the cashier on duty was on the phone (speaker ) and they were both just a cursing. I was there to get my lottery ticket checked, but when I handed it to her, she snatched it from my hand and ran it as I was going to renew it. Then she realized I just wanted to check it. Then the cursing really started because she couldn't cancel the transaction and was going to have to buy the $10 ticket. If she would have put the phone down when I walked up to her and gave me her attention, the mistake would not have been made. I want be going in that store again. Wish I would have gotten the employees name.
