I drove all the way across town after placing the order to go pick it up and when i pulled up to the drive thru window the guy turned off the lights. When I didn't pull off he finally came to the window. I asked about my order and why he was closing when the restaurant wasn't supposed to close until 11pm. He said that he was the only one there all day & decided to close early. He was clearly not the only one there all day because another employee was standing outside waiting for his ride. If a restaurant is going to post hours stating that they are open until 11pm, then they should be open until 11pm. My order was confirmed & drove all the way across town wasting time & gas just to be told that he didn't even make the order. No courtesy phone call telling me that he decided to close early. i was there before 11pm to pick up my food. I could have patronized any business but i chose Pizza hut & received the worst customer service ever!
