My only concern is that if you are a manager/supervisor if you need to talk to a employee don't do it in front of customers and be disrespectful. This what I witnessed at the one on Lafayette. I believe respect goes a long way.

I asked for no salt fries. Was asked to pull in spot 3 to wait then when they being my food out the fries are plastered with salt so bad you can't eat them. Woman working drive thru was rude didn't ask if I wanted to use my app. After I place and order for one meal before I can get some ordering she tells me the total had to say I am not done yet. There was no zero star option.
