Every time we come to McDs...we get a CUP of ice water with our meal. We tell them its ok to charge for a soda and fill the cup with water but we dont want a bottled water. This location however just wasn't having it. We were ordering food. We weren't there for a free water. There is a water dispenser on your drink machine so what?...you dont use it? How hard is it to hold the cup beneath the water dispenser that you do have and put water in a cup? And we were onay with you charging for a soda we weren't even getting so it dodnt have to be complicated and the girl at the window still made it complicated. We just left...went to wendys across the street...where something as simple as putting water in a cup was not made complicated.

It's typical fastfood. I do like their McDouble when I hear have to have a cheeseburger.

My only concern is that if you are a manager/supervisor if you need to talk to a employee don't do it in front of customers and be disrespectful. This what I witnessed at the one on Lafayette. I believe respect goes a long way.
