Very poor customer service. I bought a small box of medicine that was 9.49 and it rang up at 12.15. I politely advised her that the sticker says 9.49. She blew me off and said it must be in the wrong place. I read the sticker to her where the box was that matched the medicine I was buying and she said again, it must be in the wrong spot. I told her again and just stood there. She took the money off and just walked away from the register. No, your total is 9.49, would you like a receipt, thank you or nothing. Very rude! Also, both bathrooms were out of service, but not sure I even believe that.

On 2/2 around 10:20 am, restrooms locked! Clerk refused to let anyone use it! She said the restroom would be opened at 11:30. Because she didn't want to clean it again. Entire time she's on phone discussing her personal drama! Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. Obviously owner doesn't care based on previous reviews.

I went to this gas station at 11:00 PM on 12/28/21. We filled up our gas tank for $50+, then were told we couldn’t use their restrooms because they were “closed.” Both restroom doors were locked. I kindly asked if we could please use the restroom. We were paying customers, we had been driving all day from VA back to our house in Summerville (45 min from this gas station), and my 4 year old daughter just needed to use the restroom. I, again, was told that the restrooms were closed. Please consider putting a “no public restrooms” sign on the front door so that paying customers are aware that you are not allowing them to use yours facilities. I will make it a point to avoid this enmarket as well as others in the future. This is poor customer service to a paying customer at 11 pm with her 4 year old child.

Store #890 needs to do a better job on training employees and teaching them how to provide better customer service.
