And even when they heard our group mention trying to contact customer service, laughed and mocked the idea like nothing would happen, hopefully the owner/manager feels differently.

They had already put everything away so they did not allow us to get toppings, milkshakes, she said all we could get was icecream scoops. Ok no problem. My friend did hers first and was seated and I was about to pay and they realized my friends transaction was not finished (not denied, they didn’t do their part so it cancelled). Instead of telling her nicely to come finish, she hollered out “hey lady! You didn’t pay!” - the card reader said it was waiting for their response - my friend did nothing wrong- they forgot to push a button from their side. I went on to pay and she said they close in 10 minutes, it was 7:44 by this time. They did NOT want us in there, they didn’t want to serve us, and they should not be in the store front. They were all but angry.

Went back 1 hour 30 minutes later and cake was not done, girl who was making it went to original store to get ice cream and never made it back to the store. Employee told me cake would not be made. DO NOT ORDER CAKES

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
