  Our experience occurred around Tuesday morning around 2:00am. While traveling home, we pulled off of the interstate to get some gas and get some snacks when we were greeted with the doors being locked and a “Be back in 10, bathroom break” sign on the window. There was already a customer standing outside and we asked her how long she had been waiting. She stated that she had been there for 10 minutes already and that no one seemed to be inside. We decided to pull the car up to the window and honk a few times and wait, but no one ever came. Considering we had been in a car for 5 hours already, we were pretty upset that we couldn’t get gas, use the bathroom, or purchase any snacks. Trust me, I get people need to use the restroom, but really? I’m doubtful they were actually using the facilities considering how long they were actually gone. I’m not sure if this is a common issue there, but it should be addressed. Trust me, it’s not like we’ll be back to this establishment, but I hope no one else deals with this.
