The other guy was in the back stuffing his face. He comes up to take my order and said the computer was not working and started pounding on it. I am a network admin and all he had to do was re-start the machine but refused. Neither employee was wearing a hat or was in any type of uniform. The place was nasty and We will never be back. This is part of the reason Pizza Hut is no longer a favorite.

The food was great, but the desert wasn't even cut, and they didn't put ranch with my order either even though it's on the order ticket 3 separate times. Like I said food is great but the service was horrible.

They’ll accept the order, charge your card… and have you sitting around waiting for a pizza that’s never going to be delivered. At least call your delivery customers and inform them so they can make other arrangements if needed!!
