Sometimes I have no choice, but to go there for lunch because it’s close to my job. But every time I go, they messed up my order like today I ordered a 10 piece nugget combo and I always get hot mustard and pure honey for my dipping sauce. They always want to give me honey mustard in my opinion the honey mustard is nasty. That’s why I never get it and why would I get honey mustard and pure honey that makes no sense. I also got a five dollar meal deal for one of my employees. The bun on his burger was burnt and neither one of our drinks had ice. I don’t know what the store‘s problem is, but the employees seem to not be able to read or get orders, right.

I keep trying to give them a chance but the experience always gets worse every time. Don’t go there unless you expect to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes in the drive thru. I was waiting so long for my order to be taken I ordered it through the app. Not the first time that’s happened either. Employees ALWAYS have an attitude. Food is ALWAYS under cooked, stale, or taste like cleaner. There is no hope for this location.

This is about the worst food establishment on the face of the earth. The service and attitudes is terrible and the machines are always down. I really don’t know how this place is still in business. Worthless place to get food.

I tend to go to this McDonald’s a decent bit because it’s the closest to my house, but I’m just done going here. They are always out of something. I placed a mobile order like I always do, I get to the first window I’m given my receipt and I drive to the second window to receive my food. I ordered a frappe because I just wanted a pick me up and of course they didn’t have it even though it said available on the app. If you don’t have something put it out of stock. They substituted it for a Coke which is just dumb because I paid extra and now my money is just being taken without me getting what I ordered. I try to brush it off but I get home and I look in my bag, first of all my fries were practically cold and feels like they were reheated, I ordered one of the new buffalo ranch sauces and what do you know, they just gave me straight up buffalo sauce instead of the ranch, I would be less upset if they at least told me they were out but they didn’t even have the decency to tell me. I absolutely despise this McDonald’s, they seem to genuinely have bad attitudes and not care about what they are doing. I am done dealing with this and I recommend all of yall steer clear of this McDonald’s.

First and last time going to this location. The service wasn’t polite, but it wasn’t rude either. Just rushed and “ok bye” feeling. Got a large fry and an ice coffee. The fries were barely warm and kind of old but not the worst I’ve had.
I ordered a pumpkin coffee because it was available on the app, at the speaker she asked for my code, gave it, she didn’t confirm the order or anything just immediate said “first window”. Went to the window and was greeted with “I don’t sell pumpkin any more.” Responded “ok can I have caramel?” And again “I don’t have pumpkin.” “Yes, so can I have caramel instead?” She said yeah and handed me the receipt and walked off to yell “that pumpkin is a caramel.”
Didn’t matter much because I received a cup of milk. There was a little caramel in the bottom that I can’t even taste once mixed in, but this is just milk on ice. No sweetener or anything. The only color to it is from my lighting. Not worth going back.
