  This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is slow and the employees are not very friendly. The last time I visited people were vaping near where we were eating and management said absolutely nothing. We won’t be back.

  Customer service is not a priority at this location. The rudeness at this location is the straw that broke the camels back. I will never return to any McDonald's in the southeast, they are all terrible.

  Been going to location for lady 6 months and frappe machine is always broken. They have no interest in fixing because that would be work. What a joke.

  Terrible McDonald’s, the food is decent, but the workers are absolutely something else. Extremely disrespectful. The guy on the drive thru got upset that I yelled my order name because he didn’t hear me 4 times and he just passed my order through like I picked it up. If you’re in this area just go to bojangles or something this place is trash.

  Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 7:30 pm. Me and my husband went to the drive thru. THE MCRIBS ARE BACK!! YAY! There was one other vehicle there which was in front of us. They were actually finishing their order and drove around. After several minutes a rude voice comes over the intercom to take our order (2 mcrib meals, 6 pc nuggets, kids meal and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches). She constantly cut us off then was impatient with us and extremely rude. When we finally allowed to finish, we got an, "is that all?" Then nothing. We drove around and by now the time is 7:45 pm. She came to the window and turned around and walked off. The people who had been in front of us received their order and left. We waited but she never came back for pay. It appeared everyone who had been working inside had disappeared and at 8:00 we left. I believe everyone deserves a chance to correct their actions; but there is no conceivable reason for this level of rudeness. She needs to be fired, her attitude and rudeness were unwarranted. It could not have been from being busy because there were no customers inside and only 2 cars in drive thru. I was at the same mcdonalds the beginning of the same week . Had my order taken, in hand and on my way in 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was good.
