Later, a lady who was working at the time came into my friends workplace and started yelling at her and her boss for being upset for a 2 hour wait. The worker told my friend that "you should have just waited for your order", waited for TWO HOURS. No body has the time to wait that long for a meal, and I know damn well if that worker had to wait that long for her food she would pissed. This lady needs an attitude adjustment! Not only did she wait 2 hours for the food, the food was COLD. Completely unacceptable, no one should have to wait 2 hours for food at a FAST food restaurant. Not to mention my friend is clearly a minor, whereas this lady looked like she is in her 30s, the lady said "catch me outside" trying to fight this 16 year old CHILD. If you have time to come into someone's workplace and complain during your 15-30 minute break, then you have time to make food at a acceptable time for a customer
- HKHolly KoppDec 3, 20255.0The two employees at the front were fantastic tonight with the lobby full of Door Dash drivers, regular walk-in customers and the occasional drive thru customer who needed items or sauces. Patience under stress was demonstrated and they kept calm and continued to get through the orders as fast as possible. I wanted to commend their efforts tonight. This McDonald's is fortunate to have people who handle their business so well.
