The same car that was at the payment window, when I was ordering, was there for over 10 minutes. As I was backing up in the Drive Thru to exit, it triggered their sensor to prompt me again, with the ‘Welcome McDonalds, will you be using the app today?’ and I responded “what the lady at the window is doing is just insane, cancel my order”. The incident was 10/21/2025 at 2:45p-2:55p store leadership can verify in their cameras the grey suv. Based on my experience and certain reviews I’ve read, it may be time for owners/operators to become involved. Don’t need apologies, needed food…got it elsewhere hot and quick. Can’t mark any additional options for this review. There was no dine in, take out or delivery. I didn’t get anything (here). I was unable to spend $. Can’t recommend anything. Can’t add any more details to help others. Maybe next time? Edit: 10/22/2025 3:48pm I don't need you to reach out to me, I am not seeking an apology or anything else. I made you aware of a situation you have at this store and informed it. McDonald's you have date, time and vehicle description, look at the cameras. If I am lying, call me out...if not fix your problem.
