Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The place smelt like the inside of a homeless persons ear, the food got me sick, the bathroom was absolutely destroyed and they couldn't even bother to put the toilet paper into the dispenser, service was slow and rude, and both of the drink machines were almost inoperable, dispensing no ice and every drink was 90% water except for the hi c. Do not go here.

Ordered a ranch wrap via the mobile app. I was given a buffalo wrap. When i called for a refund the worker told me I had to come back in with a receipt. I told her I ordered thru the mobile app and could provide my order #, but NOOOOOOO we cant do it that way. Very unprofessional.

This is the second mobile order in a row in the past month that has been disappointing. Ordered a Coke Zero. This one was delivered without a straw and looked more like tea than Coke. Tasted like diluted soda. Cold, limp fries. The guy who delivered the order handed it to me and hustled away so I couldn’t ask for anything. I’m skipping this location until they get their act together. This used to be a great place.

Told us they heard the order and pull around, then had no idea what we ordered. They were understaffed and overwhelmed, wound up giving us some other random food, likely someone behind us and said it's worth more than we ordered (yes they charged us for our order) got less food than we ordered. I for one welcome the AI burger making robot overlords.

I don't know who told McDonald's that having just a screen to interact with is better than ordering face to face at the register.... Whenever you enter one of these McDs, there's never anybody at the registers, and you have to use the kiosk to order. It seems that the employees are more focused on the drive-in customers then they are of the customers that are inside the building. Just to order a couple of sandwiches takes a seemingly long time, yet you can watch the orders being completed and handed off to the drivers while you're waiting.... Does not seem like a good system to me and we really don't want to patronize this kind of business model. We will make sure to go to Chick-fil-A, where the employees are super friendly and happy to see their customers.
