I ordered a strawberry frosty and when I asked if they could top it off? The young lady at the drive through was quick to respond “That’s how they come ma’am”. I am reviewing because it’s getting exhausting paying for things to look like the photos advertised and it’s the complete opposite or not even close to another Wendy’s, right down the street. I am happy that you chose to come to work, as we definitely need fast food workers. I just wish you cared more to be kind and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Especially when they are kind and pleasant towards you. Kindness goes a long way. Needless to say, I will stay going to Long point Road and Johnnie Dodds for my frosty and food orders. My older coworker was content nonetheless although she said she rather I had just gotten her money back, after seeing it lol.. anyways, 5 stars for the atmosphere as Mount Pleasant is beautiful .. Thank you anyway!
