    Food has been as expected on visits, service is quick and the location is well kept. The exterior is also well lit and nice. Family favorite for us.

    I walked in to order one meal. I had difficulty at the kiosk paying for it. The kiosk gave me an option to pay at the counter. I walked up to pay at the counter and ended up being requested to order a meal and paying for it at the counter like the kiosk told me. When I got back to my table, meal had already been delivered so I ended up paying for and receiving two meals when I wanted one meal. This type of situation makes the customer feel foolish and looking for a different dining choice than McDonald's.

    Waiting for 30 minutes for 4 nuggets. everyone in the back is laughing and joking around while a crowd of people are waiting for their food. embarrassing.

    In my 53 years of life, I’ve only had two McDonald’s restaurants that truly stood out—places that felt more like family than a fast-food chain. The first was years ago on Parklane in Columbia, where the management was some of the most beautiful people you could ever meet. I never thought I’d find that feeling again… but I have. The staff at this location have gone above and beyond, treating me not as just another customer, but like family. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care make every visit feel special. I can’t express how grateful I am to have them so close to my home. God has blessed me with a beautiful McDonald’s family, and I appreciate each and every one of them more than they know. Thank you — from your biggest fan. ❤️🍔✨
