The burgers are consistently overcooked, dry, and lack any real flavor. The buns are hard and stale, making the overall meal nearly inedible. Even after politely raising these issues several times, management has never followed up or made any effort to improve. It’s clear that customer feedback isn’t a priority here. For what they charge, the quality and service fall far below acceptable standards. If you care about fresh, properly prepared food, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I wish that I could give them all zeroes!

Older lady very nasty when you ask for monopoly pieces that come with your meal. I think it’s time I don’t visit this business again. I’ll reach out to corporate Monday morning

- BBBradOct 15, 20251.0Stopped by otw to work with 20 minutes to spare, ordered it online to make it even faster as to make SURE I wouldn't be late, but I sat in the lobby for over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged and because of how over packed the lobby was, I eventually just had to walk out. If you want breakfast, lunch, or dinner, go anywhere else.
