- AGAlexis GrayJan 1, 20261.0I went there after placing an in advance order early that morning for lil wings. It was cancelled because they no longer sell these apparently but no one told me anything. I get an emergent call later to head to the hospital so was in a rush to get there after work. They are over 1hr away. So I go to get the food quick because I could at least eat on the way there, but no one can find the order. The manager after several minutes of waiting comes over, looks up my number, and says “They cancelled it” and walks away. Then I asked to speak to a manager from the girl who couldn’t find the order for a long time. She points at the lady who says it was cancelled. The manager looks at her, and goes back to making food for 10-15min. Lots of wasted time. When she finally does come over she says “We don’t have anything to do with the app”. I had no more time I could waste (30min visit) so I leave saying I’d report it. I’m also diabetic so I had to hustle to find something to eat before making it to the hospital finally, sugar was low.
