They don't answer the phone to cancel either. This is not the first time this has happened! Last time I complained to their corporate office. They offered a free pizza....yea, that makes up for it! I thought it was worth giving them another shot! 👎👎👎👎😡😡😡

Of course I called back up there to let them know of the error. I was given the opportunity to have it remade or receive a credit for my order. I chose the credit option not knowing the credit was only good for this particular location! I called back up there days later after being informed of this by another location In which I spoke to the “manager” Joshua. He kept telling my that my rewards on my app was the credit. I explained several times that my rewards on the app were there long before I ordered at his location! I even expressed frustration with his employees not paying attention because they were too busy blasting and dancing to music in the restaurant instead of making sure they handed out the correct order! I went on to tell him he needed to get his employees together that worked that evening before I escalate the issue! He said I was threatening his employees and that he would no longer consider giving a credit or remaking my pizza. I went to another location and was told the district or regional manager would be contacting me. I have no heard from anyone! No wonder this establishment operates the way that they do. Nobody takes their job seriously to enforce professionalism or sanitation. I was lied to and misinformed about credits as well as robbed of what I actually paid for that day. I received less of a pizza than the order I placed. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. And I will be filing a complaint with DHEC and any other place I can.
