  Yo, I was basically the only customer..7:45pm...No customer service and my chicken sandwich was dry...The sandwich maker , explained how I should ask for extra tartar sauce..No, you should have put enough, so I wouldn't have too...My bread was hard...You have one job and that's to prepare the food the right way...Fast food chain are at the bottom of the barrel...Because of people who works at these establishments..Eye rolling, un bothered etc..No salt on the fires..

  After visiting more than a handful of times I'd say that professionalism needs to be priority here. For example I shouldn't hear anyone getting cursed at or cursing at all. i see the cooks making food at a steady pace which is ok because I fully understand that these restaurants have very stupid methods to doing things which slows the cooks down. i.m.o. my order is usually correct and doesn't take too long. Also if you are the manager you should be more attentive and communicate with people waiting in the lobby and ACTUALLY HELP with more than just bagging food With your back turned to us. That comment does not apply to all of the managers just one that I've noticed. Lastly don't toss people bag on the counter and walk away so fast that they barely can say thank you let alone ask for ketchup or something.

  Always Charging you for your order but constantly leave food out of bag. There is no one double checking anything. This is the third time they've screwed up my order and they dont even give a receipt to show what you've paid for.

  Rude drive through service. Couldn't figure out which lane was next. Interrupted me in the middle of my order three times. Tried to order the special pie but was ignored, then, the response I got it, then read the order without it, then told me they didn't have it. About the full time in ten years.I've been to a mcdonald's and why I haven't been and won't be back

  Great place during the day, but turns to a total dump at night. The young lady at the window had me repeat my order four different times, then still got it wrong after dragging me to the window to ask again. Total mess — nobody seems to care what they’re doing. The kids need a supervisor at night
