  I am absolutely disgusted with my order from this place! I ordered a pizza, and what did I find? A HAIR! Baked right into the cheese! Are you kidding me?! This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I lost my appetite immediately and threw the whole thing away. I want a refund, and I will NEVER order from this filthy establishment again. Get your act together and learn some basic food safety!

  Just had the worst phone experience with Pizza Hut. The general manager answered, and it was clear she didn't know anything about the store. I was put on hold FIVE times, and she still couldn't figure out how to find my order! She ended the phone call by saying "That’s not my problem". Seriously, how can a manager be so incompetent? It was beyond unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If she can't even handle a simple phone call, I'm not trusting her with my pizza. Absolutely terrible management! I expect a FULL REFUND. I will be contacting corporate.

  If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Y’all need to fire everybody in this location and restart down to management. It is absolutely insane that I had to wait over an hour for a pickup order, especially when I placed the order 20 mins before coming to pick it up. Then all I get is a dusty apology; over 5 cars left due to the wait, and they had 3 cars pulled, including mine.

  Anastasia, the young lady that checked us out has a nasty attitude and gave the worst customer service ever. Instead of informing us that they were out of fries for all 3 of our orders, it wasn't until the actual cook, informed us after finishing our pizza. Anastasia, got an attitude with my mother, and stated " yall cant get mad with me cause we dont have any, I cant control that". The issues wasn't that they were out of fries, but the fact that the cook stated that she knew that prior to taking our order. Even when the cook came and ask us if there was anything else we would like, she continued to be rude and nasty to my mother and I, but repeating her previous comment. This was not the 1st time we had this type of encounter with Anastasia, and from what I was told by others, they have had very similar experiences with her. She is very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and non- caring. She acts like as if she doesn't even want to be bothered by any customers. We will be contacting the corporate office regarding our complaints and concerns surrounding Anastasia's negative demeanor.

  I'm writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the management at this establishment. During my visit, I witnessed the manager, "Garrett" , behaving unprofessionally and creating a hostile environment for both staff and customers. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in asserting authority than resolving issues. Several employees looked visibly stressed and uncomfortable, which made the whole atmosphere unpleasant. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and efficiency, neither of which were provided under this manager's supervision. I hope that upper management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues, as the current leadership is severely impacting the quality of service and overall customer experience.
