  From beginning to end, working with Anuschka was perfect. We decided a bit last minute to host a surprise dinner party for my mom’s 70th birthday and we couldn’t have dreamt of a better match. Anuschka was easy to email and game plan with, we were able to put together the perfect menu in no time, and she was also so great to accommodate one vegetarian and one dairy free dessert. We started with appetizers - bruschetta and falafel. Literally the best bruschetta I’ve ever had, made from scratch flavors that were out of this world. Falafel wasn’t dry either, and was paired with a perfect sauce. Then, we moved over to the table where we were served our first course: a delicious watermelon salad. Followed by lamb chops w/ potatoes and asparagus. Ending with my mom’s favorite - a chocolate lave cake and a “happy birthdayyyyyy to youuuu.” It really was a magnificent evening. Chefs Anuschka and John are just our kind of people - laidback and full of good energy, from the very start. We felt like they were an extension of the family, we all flowed so well together and they really made the whole experience super pleasant and memorable. The kitchen is not big whatsoever and they nailed it and were able to work with the little space that we had. They left everything sparkly clean, doing the dishes, sweeping the floor - they handled it all. What a treat that was! If you’re looking to host something special, look no further, Anuschka and John are a fantastic duo that do it right and do it well. Love & Gratitude! 🩷🙏🏽

  Our large group had an amazing evening with chef Anuschka and team. The food and service were fabulous! We enjoyed locally grown foods and regional favorites such as the Coconut black rice, she-crab soup and a scallop bean appetizer. Thank you for a beautiful evening ! It was perfect!

  We had an amazing experience! Anuschka cooked the most delicious meal for our group of 12. We are not an easy bunch, a few vegetarians, peanut allergies, some don’t like fish, and very picky kids. We emailed a few weeks in advance & Anuschka came up with an incredible family style menu that included options for everyone (eg. crab cakes / white bean cakes , blackened tilefish/blackened tofu). Everyone walked away from the meal very happy & full! They arrived at our vacation rental, set up in the kitchen & got to work. They interacted with the kids who popped in & out of the kitchen asking questions, set the table beautifully, served the meal & left the kitchen cleaner than it was before they came. We were thrilled with the service!

  Anushka and John cooked, served and cleaned up after a private dinner for a small group of friends: the ultimate in luxury, elevated cuisine and warm service. Special mention of the key lime pie; incredible!
