  From beginning to end, working with Anuschka was perfect. We decided a bit last minute to host a surprise dinner party for my mom’s 70th birthday and we couldn’t have dreamt of a better match. Anuschka was easy to email and game plan with, we were able to put together the perfect menu in no time, and she was also so great to accommodate one vegetarian and one dairy free dessert. We started with appetizers - bruschetta and falafel. Literally the best bruschetta I’ve ever had, made from scratch flavors that were out of this world. Falafel wasn’t dry either, and was paired with a perfect sauce. Then, we moved over to the table where we were served our first course: a delicious watermelon salad. Followed by lamb chops w/ potatoes and asparagus. Ending with my mom’s favorite - a chocolate lave cake and a “happy birthdayyyyyy to youuuu.” It really was a magnificent evening. Chefs Anuschka and John are just our kind of people - laidback and full of good energy, from the very start. We felt like they were an extension of the family, we all flowed so well together and they really made the whole experience super pleasant and memorable. The kitchen is not big whatsoever and they nailed it and were able to work with the little space that we had. They left everything sparkly clean, doing the dishes, sweeping the floor - they handled it all. What a treat that was! If you’re looking to host something special, look no further, Anuschka and John are a fantastic duo that do it right and do it well. Love & Gratitude! 🩷🙏🏽

  This was an excellent dinner. They came into the home prepped and cleaned up. Food was awesome.

  I am from Canada and was in Hilton Head with a number of fellow Canadians and meeting with our American friends on the Island. In that context I arranged with Anuschka’s Kitchen to prepare a several course dinner for our entire group. Even though we were renting, Anuschka and John arrived with not only tall the ingredients, but all the equipment needed. Each course of this amazing dinner experience was prepared from scratch and both Anuschka and John were only too happy to share recipes, techniques and from where their produce was locally sourced. This was a culinary delight from beginning to end (a most yummy desert specialty of theirs). The kitchen was left spotless after this event. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who appreciates really, really good food, inventive flair, and truly professional service!

  Fantastic food and wonderful team. Anuschka and John are amazing people and chefs. They always impress from their smoked duck and homemade pimento cheese to their fish, steak, chicken tenders and homemade ice cream! 😋
