Using the kiosks to order but then have to request someone to get a receipt and wait 15min for them to figure it out. Be much easier just to deal with a trained associate to begin with.

Ordered pancakes only got 1 syrup and no butter. They told me that you have to buy more syrup. I bought two more only got the two I purches. Food was cold attitude from the girl. This wasn't the first time. Done with this store. Will pass the word. Need to shut this placed down if you can't service correctly.0 Stars.

I don't know about y'all but we have been wearing them $5 meal deals out of course now they are $6 so this McDonald's along with at least one others in Greenwood no longer have drinks to refill yourself so you have to go back to the counter which is kind of a headache. This location stays somewhat busy but it was nice everything was clean I have no complaints and best of all chicken nuggets yay

Placed an order, waited close to an hour before receiving half of it. We spoke to 4 different people to check on my order and no one knew what was going on. To say that it was a mess and that they were unorganized is an understatement. After about 45, part of my meal had been sitting on the counter for so long that we did not want it. We also did not want to wait so long for them to remake the order or wait for the rest. We decided to find food elsewhere after kindly notifying them that we will not be picking up our order and will go about doing a refund. Getting a refund was a different nightmare. The General Manager was very difficult to work with and seemed to change the criteria needed for a refund. She also insisted that the refund must be done on the McDonald's app rather than at the store. When I asked her where on the app it was located at, she was unable to guide me to it. The app specifically states that you must contact or visit the location. Finally, after submitting multiple requests, someone from HR was kind enough to come down to Greenwood and issue a refund with no issues.
