    Shake machine gets shutdown early cause they dont want to do it later. I expect the shake machine to be up and running as long as your open. Your managers are lazy .

    26 minutes in the drive thru for 2 combos was alittle insane. Then when I finally say something I get told sorry and handed a bag of food that was sitting on the counter for atleast 10 minutes. Food was not fresh at that point. Will not be returning

    I went to the drive thru this morning to get breakfast the lady that took my order she had a nasty attitude with me and my husband, once we pulled up to the first window she started talking to us nice and all till she ask us she’s going on vacation after work and that we should apply working at McDonald’s cause apparently we don’t have the patience. Just found out she’s like a manager. And apparently this is not the first time. And thank you to the order lady at the second window she had the patience with us and kinda made our last trip to the second window a nice experience with her.

    They steal when you order through Uber eats. Nobody can answer for your missing items and Uber will only replace 4 or 5 dollars when you have spent 20 dollars plus. OCT 7TH AT 12:26PM MY ORDER WAS HALF PROCESSED EVEN THOUGH I PAID FULL AMOUNT I WAS NEVER REIMBURSED FOR RHE FULL AMOUNT AND THE LOCATION ON SAINT JAMES IS TAKING NO ACCOUNTABILITY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND OFFER NO HELP OF TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL ACTIONS. US AMERICANS WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY AND THEY HOLD NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR REMORSE FOR THEIR STAFFS ACTIONS. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!
