- TTTe Te1 day ago1.0Something has got to give... on Saturday 1.10.26 at 1026pm I pulled into the McDonald's drive thru and waited for 20min and Noone ever came to the drive thru, even backed up and pulled forward still nothing. I don't know what was the cashiers problem and why she (blk female locs or braids) didn't respond to take my order but if the workers aren't able to do their job in a professional way have someone else suitable to fill the position. It was absolutely ridiculous that I had to order on the inside only to be told by "Sideshow Bob" that he doesn't work the window, but its 5 of you in the back on your phones and carrying on and played it to the left asif what I was inquiring was foreign. I will not support this location ever again. Totally unprofessional night crew.

The manager Fatima came out with my order and informed me. I thought it was great on the customer service side that she came out. I was able to get something different for my second drink and that resolved the issue with the order. Big shout out to Fatima because she was very friendly and addressed the concern about the order immediately. It’s okay that I did not get exactly what I ordered, the approach and the way everything was handled by the manager is why I am posting this review. Many times the people that do great work never get recognized, I thank Fatima for her attention to detail and kind service.
