  Stood at the register for about 10 minutes and did not get an acknowledgment. The lady made 4 milkshakes with her back turned. I know that she saw us because she would make one milkshake at a time and take it to a guest and walked right past us without a smile or any acknowledgment that she would be right with us. She finished her milkshakes and still did not take our orders and a Cook from the kitchen actually had to come out and take our orders. The cook did give a small apology. The original lady that never took our orders, that was working the registers and ignored us, brought out one of our items of food and then after 20 minutes of waiting, I had to walk up to her and ask where our second order was she handed it to me and did not even apologize or acknowledge it. My husband had long finished his meal before I had mine. It had obviously been sitting there for a very long time because the hot dog was cold. The check ticket said the ladies name was Kerri, but I’m not sure if that was true or if another staff member was logged into the register. The lady that was at the registers that ignored us had tattoos on her face. She never cracked a smile or said a word to us or any of the other customers that came after us that I was able to see. It looked like the two people that placed orders after us both had to complain about their orders also. A person that welcomes people and takes orders should at least have some kind of personality. It was very clear that she did not want to be there and did not appreciate having a job.

  I've come here twice at 8:30 pm and the place was already closed, even though all the signs say the closing time is 9 pm. I tried talking to the employees, but they just said the store was already closed!

  The shake that Joshua made for me today was scrumptious! Thank you to the chefs in the back as well great food great atmosphere

  Disgusting ! I mean the fact that I wasted $30 on a meal here the bean burger falling apart in my hand the American burger bland . The fries and taters were sitting in a pool of grease I wish I could take back ever going here. I feel like the review are fake here you will waste time and money here I wish we could start being more honest about these places. Americans do not have money to waste

  Piper was very welcoming when we came to the counter and patient as we ordered. The Brussel sprouts were very oily and she made it right by replacing with my original order of sweet potato fries which were delicious. The black bean burger was prepared just as I like it. Piper is a keeper and provided us with excellent customer service.
