  GIVE ME THE OPTION TO ORDER THROUGH DOORDASH…. I placed my order for delivery, 15 minutes later I get a text “Hey we’re using a third party partnership, your meal is being delivered through DoorDash” I CALLED and told the rep, “Please cancel, I ALWAYS HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DOORDASH” she told me “He has a good rating, it’ll be fine” I agreed (against my better judgment)….. 30 minutes later my phone rings “He delivered it to the wrong house, we’ll mark it as undelivered and you’ll receive a refund in 3 days!” 🙃 so I’m hungry and out of $30 for 72-hours because I trusted Pizza Hut! And it BETTER BE REFUNDED W/IN THAT TIMEFRAME!

  Placed an order online for pick up. Once I arrived 29 minutes later the pizza isn’t made they claim they called me saying they run out of stuffed crust and instead they going to make a deep dish pizza. Once I’m home I see the pizza is normal pizza and burnt. I called the restaurant asking just for the difference of stuffed crust vs a regular pizza refund as soon as the “manager” answer she was extremely rude and I as soon as I told her my name she got an attitude and started saying no you’re not getting a refund, she cut me off and hung up the phone on me she didn’t even let me tell her the pizza was burnt. I always order from this Pizza Hut and they are always rude which I don’t complain about because as long as I’m getting what I order and it taste good but this time not only she was super unprofessional she was super rude and I didn’t not get what I paid for. I will never order from this location ever again. Here’s a picture of my order both are supposed to be stuffed crust you can tell the one with pineapple is burnt. I also check online the deep dish pizza is less than a stuffed crust so at the end of the day I go scammed.

  Amazing place, food and people working here. Normally would go to RockHill for my pizza but this place is so much nicer. And the people are friendly. And to be honest it's actually clean in this place, from what I can see.

  Christy the manager of Fort Mill Pizza Hut is very professional and understanding to her customers. She really focuses on satisfaction and aims to problem solve your issues. I had an experience that wasnt the best and spoke with Christy about it. She promptly heard my issues and corrected the situation. And expressed her apologies and a solution for future issues not possibly not occur. She made sure my next order was correct, fresh, and satisfaction 👌 to my approval before leaving the store. She definitely is an asset to this location as a manager. My breadsticks were accurate. My pizza was fresh and good quality.
