Not only was my order correct but it was fresh. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I had a long wait time. I didn't mind due to the fact my order was correct and she was very apologetic to us all! She verfied everything on my order made it worth the wait!! I don't know who her boss is but she deserves a raise and kudos for a job well done👏 s/n This has been my 3 visit i will continue to come here versus two notch.🙃
- EKE KSep 17, 20161.0Put in an order at 8:20pm with an expected delivery of 8:50, I wasn't expecting it to be all that accurate but withing that time. by 9:20 I still hadn't gotten anything, so I call and they tell me they can't find the order, and I explain my card was charged (and it showed they had canceled it) so they transfer me around to different people until one lady tells me that the delivery was sent and called me and I didn't pick up. I explain I got no call, and she tries to convince me I did. (I double checked after I had no missed calls and my email confirmation showed the right number). She then tells me its okay the order was canceled and I'm not getting charged, and I have to explain that I still want the food. 30 minutes later the driver shows up apparently they had put the wrong address on the receipt. (Jackson isn't a huge post and I had told them on the phone the specific hotel I was at on Jackson) I get the food and it's lukewarm and the pizza was smashed. I'm convinced they reheated my original order and sent it back out... Just awful
