Talked to one person- put on hold. Talked to a second person- put back on hold. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I went online, ordered food from Papa John's, paid less, and got more. I was still on hold when I completed the Papa John's order. 19 minutes and they never came back to the phone. Poor customer service for sure.

To complete my order, I had to change one of my large pizzas to a medium to qualify for the online deal. When I arrived at the Two Notch Rd. location to pick up my order, I asked the cashier for a customer service number, but was told it would be printed on my receipt. However, I never received a receipt with my order. Once I got home (I live about 4 miles from the store), I discovered that all of the pizzas were cold and stuck to the boxes. This was very disappointing, especially after the ordering issue and missing receipt.
