Sad rendition of a Dairy Queen. In the last two years, we've driven to this location, which is inside a Pilot gas station/convenience store, only to find it closed before official closing hours. Spoke to the manager who said that hours are sporadic - depending on who he can get to work the DQ counter. Also, this location stopped accepting official DQ app rewards and coupons. DQ corporate said to me that each location is individually owned and operated and can decide if they accept coupons and rewards. That's BOGUS! Staff is not friendly or service-oriented. I won't be back. There are only two DQs in the Columbia, SC area (the freaking Capitol), and both are inside a gas station on the outskirts of the city...
