McDonalds as a whole is going down in quality of food and customer service. I do not like using a kiosk to purchase food as it takes to long and if you need something special, paying cash, doing a discount it just doesnt work. Not to mention you can barely see meat on any of the burgers anymore. It is better to order the Quarter Pounder and add big mac sauce and lettuce as there is very little meat even left on the regular big mac. Oh and they even charge extra for this. Also they get you with the drinks. You would think a drink all ready comes with the meal, but change from coffee to a large soda and your price goes up a few dollars. Very unhappy with ALL MCDONALDS.
