    Absolutely the worst experience I've had in McDonald's. All my order burnt no cheese in a Mc double with nothing else either, big Mac bread upside down with all end pieces, onions and ketchup in a mc chicken bearly any fries. Old chicken nuggest they wouldn't even get a 1 star if I could. And the people looked high such a shame.

    my daughter ordered a large fry and cheeseburger through DoorDash. The delivery bag was completely sealed, yet upon opening, she found only half a portion of fries and a stale, cold burger. When she called the store to report the issue, she was told to go through the drive‑thru, despite having ordered through DoorDash for convenience. As her mother, I went to the location to request a replacement and was told that I would need to go through DoorDash and was not helped. This response was dismissive and failed to address the issue. My daughter is a former employee who previously experienced issues with Manager Damien, including being written up twice without warning or verbal notice. She ultimately resigned for the sake of her mental health, citing harassment from this manager. She continues to feel targeted, and this recent incident appears deliberate and malicious. This situation is unacceptable. Customers deserve quality food and respectful service, and employees—current or former—deserve to be treated fairly and without harassment

    Did a mobile order, food was ready surprisingly quickly. The table I sat at had an old french fry on the seat and the table needed cleaning. I moved to another table. One obnoxious patron was excessively loud on a speaker phone call in Spanish 🤔
