New management is needed, considering all these awful reviews

I should’ve known better. Instead of my Mc double and a large fry I got a single cheeseburger in the bag while I was waiting in front of the first drive-through window. I could see someone in the back chatting it up with the guy at the window taking payments. Should’ve been helping out people in the back. The guy who was giving out the orders at the second window look like he couldn’t have cared less. Awful experience, not the first time either.

The manger got on the speaker and said they were not going to serve me. The manger said I was rude and said inappropriate things to a minor all I said was can you speak up I can't hear you how the hell is that inappropriate was told if I didn't leave they were going to call the cops for what asking for someone to speak up so you could hear them very unprofessional and rude people here need to say this too I was going here every night for a ice cream for the past 3 months so upset about this now I have to drive 3 miles instead of .2 miles thanks for not being professional
